i noe olympics was 3 days ago....but still i hav 2 post abt it right??
so got home frm skool
had a quick bath so i could prepare to get into the "mood"
had popcorn larh....couz went bought pizza
got soft drinks also
ice cream also got LOLL
oh ya....mcD also got

2,008 drummers beating out a rhythmic beat n counting down till 8.00 p.m
it was superb man
when the drummers hit the drum....blue lights will light up frm inside the drums
den at 8 o'clock...FIREWORKS!!!
den got 28 footsteps shaped fireworks representing the past 28 Olympics n of cse the 29th is in Beijing
hmm....let's see
other performances weren't that bad
except all the traditional ones....they made me slept =.="
den got 1 ball come out from the floor
1st it was a moon
seconds later it turned 2 earth
n two singers were on top of it singing a song called " You and Me " which is the official theme song of the Beijing Games
oh yea....the singers were Sarah Brightman and Liu Huan
Sarah Brightman's singing was damm........*speechless*
can't even hear a single word she's singing
during the march
didn't see the badminton players when Malaysia came out 2 march
got 1 sesat blond woman there
it took like 2 hours plus 4 all 200 n something countries 2 finish their march
and there were girls standing around the middle of the stadium 2 form an oval shape
they were jumping non stop for 2 hours plus
during that period of time i was chating wit lee chen n mapling
after i was done mapling
it was time to raise the olympics flag
my family n i were dying 2 see wht the chinese had planned for the torch lighting ceremony
well minutes b4 midnight....we got our answer
Six-time medal winner, and former Chinese gymnast Li Nig was raised by wires up above the crowd....sort of running around the stadium walls , and up to the cauldron where he lit the eternal flame for the Olympics to be officially commenced
